We are a team of specialists from Client Managers to Planners, Team Leaders and Recruiters. We boast a 30 seat call centre that is fully engaged in talking to our 100,000 strong panel every day. Our team is well rewarded in accordance with the AMSRO Industry Agreements.
Karen Johnston, Operations Director
Karen has over 20 years experience in sales and marketing in the corporate environment. Her industry experience at a senior management level includes the retail and cosmetic industries. She also has an MBA.
Karen is the Secretary for AMSRO Board.
Karen believes life is too short to ever drink cheap wine or go camping!
Pip Hooper, Sales Director
Pip has over 20 years experience in marketing in the corporate environment. She has worked in a broad range of industries including photographic, financial services, sports marketing, real estate and consulting. One of her favourite roles was Sales and Marketing Manager for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games Organising Committee.
Pip is on the NSW AMSRS Committee.
Pip loves entertaining and top of her bucket list is to be certified as a Pilates Instructor.
Client Team: Lyn, Janet, Pip, Mel
Lyn joined Stable as a Team Leader in 2010 after successfully managing recruiters and projects across various industries for a number of years. Lyn’s banking industry experience; from client service to operations, provide the foundations for her excellent people, logistic and management skills. She has also run her own business and understands the importance of customer service and thinking outside the square to get things done. Lyn is renovating her home, and while the pool is finished, it seems to be never ending!
Mel has experience in marketing, communications and administration. She has wonderful organisational skills including time management and working to tight deadlines, budgets and with multiple resources……perfect for managing all our qual requests. Mel loves to garden and get into the great outdoors.
Janet’s experience has been focused in the not-for-profit and government sectors. Her recent role with the Benevolent Society’s focused on the growth of 15 properties from one site on the Gold Coast to new offices in Regional NSW, Regional Qld and Brisbane. She also managed Local Government properties and funds as well as 200 staff and volunteers. Janet has a diverse skill set- covering Qualification in Teaching. Administration, Contractor Mgt and Psychology. She is currently writing her first book- and we wish her good luck with having it published.
Operations and Technology Team: Ben, Pauline, Robin, Mark and Jack
Ben has extensive international experience and was previously Regional Operations Leader for Asia at Nielsen. In that role he was responsible for operations teams across markets as well production and delivery of data analysis. He has been successful in introducing new analysis software designs and programs across multiple businesses and countries. Ben is an integral to our partnership with MDI and the implementation of our new software systems. He also loves his photography and music.
Pauline – a senior experienced programmer who has worked on everything from Confirmit to Graphic design, Virtual Shopping and every type of automation in-between. Pauline has the combination of academic rigour with 7 different IT qualifications, as well as years of practical experience. She loves a new challenge and enjoys exploring new technical ideas and concepts.
Robin – a senior data programmer who loves charts and cross tabs!, Robin has worked in questionnaire design and tabulation with SPSS, VBA and Excel. Robin loves market research and juggling loads of projects at once! She has an addiction to the Tour de France and has to watch every race.
Mark – started in our Call Centre as a Team Leader in 2010 and moved to Planning due to his love of technology. He found his true calling and has worked with Stable Research on updating our systems and programs. In fact he loves it so much, he is still helping us as a contractor from his home in the Gold Coast.
Jack – Is working with us while also studying Business. He has become a valued support in scripting and planning of projects. He brings extra “energy” to the team – as the only member that rides his skateboard to work!
The combined team has a wealth of experience, they especially enjoy a challenge and working on something new and with the 80+ projects a month you can always guarantee there will be something different.
