Signing up and participating in our market research projects is easy. And you remain in control all the way. Whether you choose to answer a survey, participate in a discussion or test a product – it’s all up to you!
So here is how it works:
- After you have signed up, we will send you an activation email which is required to finish setting up your account. Within this email is a link that you click to complete the sign-up process.
- Be sure to complete your Profile Forms with as much detail as possible as this will qualify you for more paid survey opportunities.
- Once you register on our site and tell us a little bit about yourself, your preferences will be matched to unique survey opportunities as they arise.
- You will then receive invitations to participate in Surveys or Discussions.
- Simply complete the initial online screener and or answer a few questions by phone to determine your suitability for the research.
- The amount of any reward and how it will be paid will be confirmed with you prior to your participation in any activity by email or phone.
- Once you complete the online survey or participate in a discussion group or other survey, you will be rewarded.

Can anyone join?
Anyone that is permanently living in Australia and is 16 years old and over is eligible to join.
How do I join?
Joining up with Stable Research is a very simple operation and should only take a few minutes of your time
- Proceed to the Join Now page
- Enter in the following details
• Title, First Name and Last Name
• Email address
• Date of Birth
• Country you live in
• Where you heard about us
• Click Next and address (so we can send you the rewards you earn) and contact phone numbers
• Click next and select the type of research you want to participate in
• Check the information is correct and Save the details
• You will be sent an activation email to confirm your email – follow the instructions
What is a confirmation of membership email? Why do I need to confirm my account?
We send you a confirmation email after you sign up for your safety and security. It has a link in it which you click on to “confirm” your account, and to create a password. We do this so you can confirm it is you that is joining up to our panel, that we have the right email address, and also to comply with the industry standard of panel quality control.
When do I create my password?
You are able to create your password when you click on the link to confirm your account which is found in your confirmation of membership email that is sent to your primary email account when you sign up.
I did not receive the membership confirmation email. Can you send it to me again?
There are a number of reasons why you haven’t received your confirmation of membership email. The most common is that the email is actually in your junk mail folder; please check this first to see if it is there, the email will be sent from Jo@stableresearch.com.au. If your membership confirmation email is not there, please email us via the contact us – NEED TO HYPERLINK THE CONTACT US TO TAKE TO PAGE page to make us aware of this so we are able to sort it out for you as soon as possible.
