They say that ten years is a long time in any industry. There’s no denying that a lot happens over that time, but it seems that technological development is accelerating, not only real time interaction, but also opportunities for organisations and consumers to engage in ways that were not even considered possible just a few years before.
At Stable Research we are proud of our achievements over the past ten years. When we purchased the company in 2003 there were just two full time staff. The Stable team has now expanded to over 40 staff across the areas of operations, strategy and planning and client services. Our engagement with technology has continued to evolve to provide our clients with new and innovative services like Stable Research Online launched in 2012. It is that same technology that has also assisted us in developing a strong and responsive research panel.
The launch of our new system Zenith 2 will continue to build on our expertise and product and service offering.
During our 10th anniversary year we will be highlighting some of our achievements, but we will also share a bit about the changes that have continued to occur in the market research industry since it first kicked off in Australia during the 1920’s.
Over the past ten years Stable Research has sent more than 150,000 people to face-to-face research and scripted and briefed more than 4,500 projects …. everything from 4 depths to 2,000 people for product tests.
Where phone calls and focus groups were once a major source of industry interaction, the internet and the popularity of desktop computers, laptops, tablets and smartphones now means that research can be conducted anytime, anywhere. Engagement with social media also continues to support both innovation and opportunity for B2B and B2C businesses.
Now in its tenth year, Stable Research is perfectly positioned to meet our clients’ ongoing needs in new and innovative ways.
